All return requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of receiving your delivered audit.
To request a return, please email customer service at hello@thesmartflowautomationco.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
After receiving your request, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days to process. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
