Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund. Please see below for more information.

Returns

All return requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of receiving your delivered audit.

Return Process

To request a return, please email customer service at hello@thesmartflowautomationco.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Refunds

After receiving your request, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days to process. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • SmartFlow Builds

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at hello@thesmartflowautomationco.com to arrange a refund or exchange.

Our "No Magic? Money Back" Policy

We want you to walk away energized, not underwhelmed. The Workflow Wakeup is the only product currently eligible for a refund — and only under our "No Magic? Money Back" guarantee.

Here's how it works: if you complete your Workflow Wakeup and walk away with zero lightbulb moments, no inspired ideas, and nothing but a lukewarm to-do list and a deep sigh — we want to hear about it.

Email us at hello@thesmartflowautomationco.com within 7 days of receiving your delivered audit. Tell us what fell flat. No drama, no hoops, no receipts required. We'll issue a full refund.

A couple of honest clarifications:

  • Refunds apply to the Workflow Wakeup only. SmartFlow Build projects are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
  • The 7-day window begins on the date your audit is delivered — not the date of purchase.
  • Refund requests must be submitted via email — just a direct conversation, no forms or social media DMs.
  • We're a small business built on trust. We reserve the right to use our judgment on refund requests that feel misaligned with the spirit of this policy.

You deserve better than blah. We mean that.
